Andorra small country stuck between France and Spain is also linked with those two countries very strongly. Both countries are ruling this country (the President of France and the Bishop of Urgel in Spain). That's also why both posts are issuing stamps for Andorra. The Spanish post is issuing Andorran Europa stamps since 1972 (6 years after the French ones). The 1972 stamp is still one of the most expensive Europa stamp ever.
