Croatia was in 1992, the first republic of ex-Yugoslavia to issue Europa stamps. That year they issued a first serie of 2 stamps but without the CEPT logo because they where no official member at that time, but 2 months later they issued the same two stamps with the CEPT logo on it. One interesting thing about Croatian stamps, is the name of Croatia in Croatian: Hrvatska whiche make them difficult to be indentified by most of the people.
