As Turkey is ruling the eastern part of Cyprus we have a Turkish post issuing stamps on that part of the island. It isn't an official member of PostEurop. 1975 was the year of the first Europa-Stamps issued by the Turkish post of Cyprus. Even if their Europa-Stamps are illegal most of the collectors keep their issues in their Europa collection. Maybe because they issue a set each year since more than 25 years ?
