Gibraltar is not a PostEurop member but has an Europa stamp issue each year anyway but without baring the official EUROPA logo! As a British colony they are “allowed” to issue Europa stamps because of the PostEurop member status of Great-Britain. Because of that, their stamps aren’t considered as unofficial Europa stamps. Their Europa stamps are considered by the collectors as full part of the collection. The first Europa stamps of the British colony were issued in 1979.
